Rajeev has been involved in Litigation throughout his career at the Bar and now concentrates on Commercial, Banking, Companies and Administrative Law Disputes. His main areas of expertise includes all aspects of Litigation, Real Property Transactions, Executive Proceedings and Corporate and Commercial Contracts.

Rajeev has appeared both as Junior and as Counsel at all tiers of the Malaysian Courts. He has represented both individual and corporate clients in complex claims and disputes in a wide range of areas relating to Administrative, Banking, Bankruptcy, Commercial and Corporate Matters, Industrial Relations, Insolvency, Insurance, Construction, Family, Inheritance, Conveyancing, Foreclosure and Immigration. Rajeev also provides advisory and strategic service in those areas and is also involved in negotiations towards dispute resolution.
